Thank you for shopping with Therapy Boutique! We know that not every purchase will fit, and returns are sometimes needed. In the event that you need to make a return, please make sure that your item(s) comply with our return policy. 


Please send all returns to the address below, and include your name and order number on the outside of the package.

- All returns must be postmarked with 21 days of the shipment date.

- You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item(s).

- Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. 

- Online merchandise cannot be returned in-store. 

- Orders that were originally picked up in-store must be returned by mail according to the guidelines stated. 

- Once your package is received, please allow 3-5 business days for return processing.

- All returns are for ONLINE CREDIT ONLY.

- Online credit will be emailed to you in the form of a discount code, so that you may use it to shop online with us anytime. 

- All sale and discounted items are FINAL SALE. 

- All items purchased using a promo code of any kind are FINAL SALE. 

-All jewelry, scarves, sunglasses, headbands, hats, belts, socks, and undergarments are FINAL SALE. 

- All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, smoke-free, and with all original tags attached. 

* If the order returned does not fit the return guidelines, the items(s) will be sent back to you, and you will be charged standard shipping rate, OR, we can send the item(s) back to you with a future order upon request. The future order must be placed within 30 days of the postmarked date on the returned package. We will hold non-returnable merchandise for 30 days. After 30 days, the item(s) will be donated to charity. 


We no longer accept exchanges. We recommend sending back the return item(s) to be processed for an online credit, then placing a new order for any items you want. 


- Damages to item(s) must be reported prior to wearing the garment, and all original tags must still be attached. 

- Item(s) received damaged are only valid for an online credit within a 3-day notification deadline. 

- Please email us at with details regarding the damaged item(s), and proceed with mailing the item(s) to our returns department as stated above. 

- Once the item(s) is received, we will notify you via email within 3-5 business days with your online credit.
